ERP Consultant Helios (Nephrite)

We are 2N, a world leader in the field of IP intercoms and access control systems. Our products can be found all over the world, and we are constantly growing. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced partner for our team who will take on a key role in the management and development of our ERP system Helios Nephrite.

You won't just be a "system administrator." You will be a key player helping to optimize and digitalize processes across the entire company – from production to administration. You will become a partner to Pavel and Sebastian, and together you will form the backbone of our corporate systems.

What will be your main mission? Development and management of ERP Helios Nephrite: You will analyze the company's needs, propose system adjustments, and oversee their implementation. Optimization of corporate processes: You will actively look for opportunities for improvement, propose more efficient procedures, and verify their real impact. Analytics and databases: Your work will also include analysis and the creation of process maps and advanced work with databases. Support and collaboration: You will become a support for colleagues across departments, training them and helping them utilize the system to the maximum. Participation in complex projects as well as independent resolution of smaller process changes.

What can you not do without? Experience with the management and development of an ERP system, ideally Helios (Nephrite is a great advantage). Knowledge of working with databases and the ability to create advanced SQL queries. Practice with process analysis and optimization, ideally in the areas of production or logistics. Independence, proactivity, and the ability to see things through to a successful conclusion. Communication skills and the ability for teamwork. English at a level necessary for reading technical documentation and occasional communication.
