We are looking for a person for the newly created position of Data Architect. You will be in charge of the design and development of our enterprise data architecture, with an emphasis on modern data platforms, analytics, and the use of AI for business and operational decisions.
Your work will ensure data consistency across systems and create the technological foundation for reporting and analytics for the entire company.
What awaits you design of the target data architecture and AI-ready data layer, audit and evaluation of data platforms, development of Data Governance standards (Data Ownership, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Catalog…), technological consulting and support for management, technical leadership of implementation teams and mentoring of data engineers and analysts, close cooperation with the business and with our parent company (workshops, architecture presentations). 30% strategy and innovation, 30% cooperation with business (business, system owners), 30% operative, 10% team development (in ICT and shadow IT/business owner)
What we need min. 7 years of experience in data architecture, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and Data Governance experience with BI/reporting and with the design of AI ready infrastructure business orientation, strategic thinking, and the ability to argue points communication skills for cooperation between IT and business (including in English) English at a communicative level
Environment in which you will work Data platform: Data Lake (AWS S3), Snowflake / Lakehouse, MSSQL, MS Dataverse
Analytics: Qlik Sense Cloud, Power BI (DAX, Power Query, R), QlikView
Integration and automation: Qlik Talend Data Integration, AWS Lambda (Python), PowerShell, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL / Synapse / Data Factory
Applications: Helios, Salesforce, Workday and others
