Business Data & Discount Specialist
At 2N, we are building the future of building access and movement – we develop and manufacture high-end intercoms and access systems that open doors from Dubai to New York. We are looking for a new member for the Business Data & Analysis team to manage key business data from international distributors and manage the project discount process. Your role will be to ensure data quality and structure for Sales, Finance, and management, and to manage the entire discount cycle from validation to Salesforce. However, this is not just about routine operations – we actively automate and digitalize processes, move communication to the Client Portal in Salesforce, and look for new ways to utilize AI. This position is intended exclusively for students and offers a time allocation of 20 hours per week.
What you will be responsible for: You will ensure end-to-end processing of SOR and STOCK data from distributors, including checking its accuracy, completeness, and quality. You will resolve missing or inconsistent data and communicate corrections directly with distributors. You will work with Snowflake, Qlik, and Salesforce, linking project data with distributor data. You will take over the validation of project discounts – from checking eligibility and data to preparing documentation for their payout. You will be the main contact for distributors regarding SOR/STOCK data and discount claims and will collaborate with the Marketing and ICT teams. You will get involved in the digitalization and streamlining of processes, including moving requests to the Client Portal, automation, the use of AI, and the development of reporting and the data warehouse.
What we need from you We need a person who can think about data in context, notices when something doesn't fit, and instead of merely fixing an error, starts looking for why it occurred and how to prevent it next time. What will be useful to you Technical prerequisites: Very good knowledge of Excel, advantage of working with Snowflake, and an interest in AI, automation, and modern data technologies.
Analytical thinking: Logical reasoning, systematic approach, attention to detail, and the ability to see problems through to the end.
Business overview: An effort to understand broader company processes, not just the numbers themselves.
Communication and language: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the company and with foreign distributors, including in English.
What is an advantage (but not a requirement) Experience with tools such as SQL, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, Power BI, or with building data warehouses and automation. The most important thing for us is your willingness to learn new things and quickly orient yourself in data.
