At 2Centric we are looking for a Pricing Specialist and we want your talent! We are a company that provides international operations and logistics services from Colombia. We offer you the following working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday - Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: Negotiable based on your experience. Modality: Remote. Contract: Indefinite term. What will your functions be? Lead the Pricing team and supervise daily quotations. Quote international freight (air, maritime FCL/LCL) and door-to-door land transport (FTL/LTL, drayage). Negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, carriers, and international agents. Analyze costs, sales rates, and profit margins to guarantee the profitability of offers. Work alongside Sales and Operations to respond to tenders (RFQs) and design executable solutions. Keep rate sheets updated and monitor trends, surcharges, and market capacity. Control management KPIs (response time, conversion rate, and gross margin). Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / international logistics, focused on Pricing. Previous experience supervising, leading, or training teams. Mastery of freight calculations, volumetric weight, surcharges, and cost structures. Advanced / fluent English (written and spoken), indispensable for international negotiations. Proficiency in logistics software (TMS/Magaya desirable) and advanced Excel.
