International Logistics Coordinator / Freight Forwarding (Bilingual) - Import Logistics

At 2Centric, we are looking for an International Logistics Coordinator and we want your talent! We are a company that provides international operations and logistics services from Colombia. We offer you the following working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday - Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: Negotiable based on your experience. Modality: Remote. Contract: Indefinite term. What will your functions be? Coordinate air and sea imports from origin to final delivery. Review cargo documents and manage customs clearance with agents and clients. Track flights/vessels, organize local transport, and authorize cargo release. Record data in the system, manage billing, and prevent storage overcosts or delays. Resolve documentary incidents and maintain fluid communication with clients. We need: Previous experience (1 to 3 years) in import operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Practical knowledge of air and/or sea import processes. Fluent/advanced English (written and spoken). Proficiency in freight forwarding platforms (preferably Magaya, CargoWise, or Descartes) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). High school diploma (preferably professional or technical degree in Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain). Valued: Knowledge of Incoterms, U.S. regulations (AMS, ISF, ACE, FDA), and handling of dangerous goods. Great attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, and problem-solving. Permission to work legally in Colombia.
