- Develop and oversee the overall creative direction and staging of club events, performances, and entertainment programmes.
- Conceptualise stage designs, show themes, event flow, and performance concepts in line with the club’s brand and image.
- Plan and coordinate stage productions for themed parties, gala dinners, festive celebrations, live performances, and special events.
- Work closely with the Events, Entertainment, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute event concepts.
- Coordinate performers, hosts, musicians, dancers, DJs, and other entertainment talent.
- Manage rehearsals, stage cues, programme sequences, and transitions to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee stage setup, props, backdrops, lighting, sound, audiovisual effects, and visual displays.
- Prepare show rundowns, stage plans, cue sheets, and production schedules.
- Direct performers and technical crews during rehearsals and live events.
- Ensure all performances and stage activities meet the club’s standards of quality, professionalism, and entertainment value.
- Liaise with external production companies, event suppliers, technical crews, and talent agencies.
- Monitor production timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Troubleshoot on-site production issues and make quick decisions to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Ensure compliance with venue safety requirements and operational procedures.
- Review completed events and identify opportunities to improve future productions and member experiences.
