What You'll Do Lead the revenue management pre-opening workstream, including distribution setup, pricing strategy, system configuration, forecasting processes, and operational readiness Develop and execute revenue strategies across all market segments to maximize hotel performance and profitability Drive Total Hotel Profit Optimization by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams to maximise opportunities across all revenue streams Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and revenue reporting to support business objectives Chair regular Revenue Meetings and ensure revenue strategies are clearly communicated and effectively executed Optimize distribution channel performance, inventory management, and pricing integrity across all channels Recruit, develop, and lead the Revenue and Reservations team while building strong revenue management capabilities across the hotel
