24-7 Employment Services is recruiting for a growing premium food and gifting brand looking for someone to take ownership of its online store and help drive its next stage of growth.
Your tasks
Can you turn website visits into orders - AND keep customers coming back?
What you’ll be doing
- Managing product listings, pricing, website content and promotions.
- Improving the online shopping experience and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Planning email campaigns and seasonal promotions alongside marketing colleagues.
- Tracking sales, conversion rates and customer behaviour, then turning those insights into action.
- Working with external agencies and internal teams to deliver improvements.
- Coordinating with fulfilment and customer service colleagues to keep the customer journey running smoothly.
- Supporting and developing the online team as the business grows.
Requirements
This could suit an experienced E-commerce Manager or a strong Senior E-commerce Executive ready to step up.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience managing an e-commerce website selling physical products.
- Examples of improving online sales, conversion or customer retention.
- Confidence using e-commerce platforms and email marketing tools, ideally Shopify and Klaviyo or similar.
- Strong product copywriting, organisation and analytical skills.
- Someone comfortable taking ownership while getting involved in the day-to-day work.
Experience in food, gifting, beauty, homeware or another consumer product brand would be useful, but we’re open to transferable sector experience.
