Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present the agency’s recruitment and advertising services, and support them in choosing solutions that meet their business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting client meetings and calls, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, monitoring client satisfaction, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Associate will represent the agency professionally in all interactions and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of marketing or advertising concepts, with interest in recruitment and talent solutions.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and use common office and CRM software.
• Previous experience in sales
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Kampala and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and meet performance goals.
