Receptionist

1to1 Group are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist for one of our clients in Basingstoke. This will involve all reception duties, phone calls, correspondence and enquiries are delivered in an efficient and proactive manner. The role includes the coordination of office facilities, including meeting room management and stationary orders.

Your tasks

Role Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors on arrival and take responsibility for the signing in & checking out.
• Respond to incoming calls politely, quickly and efficiently, transferring to relevant departments and ensuring any messages are relayed in a timely manner.
• Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy.
• Manage the email inbox and resolve the enquiry or pass to the appropriate person.
• Provide administrative support as required to other parts of the business when needed.

Requirements

Role Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient verbal and written English with good attention to detail.
• IT proficient with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High standards of personal presentation at all times.

• £15 per hour
• Temporary
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 4pm finish on Fridays
• Assignment will be temporary from 2nd November-23rd December 2026
