Category Specialist (Marketing)

I am currently recruiting a Category Specialist to support the Marketing category for a Global FMCG business. This role will partner closely with Marketing stakeholders and support sourcing activities across agency services, media, events, brand activations, point-of-sale materials and wider marketing expenditure. Experience required Experience running RFQs, RFPs and sourcing exercises Experience evaluating supplier proposals and developing commercial recommendations Strong stakeholder management skills Contract and supplier management experience Comfortable working with non-procurement stakeholders Experience in one or more of: Marketing Procurement Creative agencies Media agencies Shopper marketing Brand activations Promotional materials Events procurement You will either have Indirect procurement experience and be keen to learn the marketing category or you might come directly from agencies in commercial, procurement, vendor management or a supplier-facing role This is an excellent opportunity to join a global FMCG brand in their fast paced forward thinking procurement department.
