PROJECT MANAGER

• The Senior Project Manager is the primary delivery accountable for all assigned projects within PNG CR Services Company's active portfolio. • The PM owns each project end-to-end across six defined phases — from contract award and project establishment, through mobilisation, active construction and practical completion, to defects rectification and financial close.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Building or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered. • Minimum 5 years in a project management role within a construction contracting environment. Demonstrated experience managing projects from contract award through to practical completion and financial close.
