CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• The role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the site — leading Site Supervisors and trade teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping the Construction Manager and Project Manager informed through daily and weekly reporting. • The Site Manager is the primary point of accountability for what happens on site each day.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Trade qualification, diploma or degree in Construction Management, Building or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. • Minimum 5 years in a site supervision or site management role within a building construction environment.
