Your Position

In this role, you will support classic PM projects (PV systems, inverters, storage) and simultaneously have the explicit mandate to optimize our processes through Artificial Intelligence and enable the team.

• Classic PM & Innovation: Work on operational and strategic projects – from manufacturer contact and the integration of new suppliers to market analysis.
• AI-Driven Product Management: Use AI tools to conduct user research, analyze customer feedback in real-time, draft specifications, and deliver insights in record time.
• Workflow Automation: Independently identify repetitive processes in everyday PM. Drive automation projects forward with self-responsibility using low-code tools such as n8n and Claude.
• Storytelling & Enablement: Make complex products enthusiastically understandable for our sales teams and develop lightweight internal dashboards if necessary.
• Product Metrics: Support us in identifying and continuously improving relevant product metrics.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who brings the fundamentals of PM and wants to work in a classic PM capacity, but views AI as the primary interface between idea and execution.

• You can support us for approx. 5 - 6 months and are studying (Business) Informatics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a basic understanding of product management and ideally have gained initial experience (internships/side projects).
• Builder Mindset: You do not wait for finished concepts, but instead take the initiative and possess a strong hands-on mentality to build pragmatic solutions and working tools.
• Technological Tooling: You possess practical or deep conceptual understanding of workflow automation (e.g., n8n) and the use of state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Communication Skills: You prepare technical concepts clearly and enjoy enthusiastically passing on your AI knowledge to the team.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even with complex projects in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing; good German skills are a strong plus.
