Join an international project where business analysis, technology, and artificial intelligence merge in one environment. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can translate business needs into technical requirements, understands the software development process well, and collaborates fluently with both business and technical teams. An important element of the role is also the practical use of AI and GenAI in analysis, testing, and daily project work.

Engagement terms:

Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 140 - 160 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Daily tasks

  • Analysis of business needs and translating them into requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaboration with business, software architects, developers, and other technical teams.
  • Defining and documenting processes, sub-processes, and use cases.
  • Creating and managing user stories in accordance with project requirements.
  • Supporting the testing process, including reviewing test results and analyzing and handling reported defects.
  • Designing and developing automated test scripts.
  • Working with Gherkin and API testing.
  • Supporting the team in improving processes and ways of working.
  • Utilizing AI / GenAI to increase productivity and efficiency in the areas of business analysis and software development.
  • Identifying opportunities to use AI in processes, products, and project activities.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Business Expert in IT projects. Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones and collaborate with business and IT teams. Practical knowledge of API testing (REST) and Gherkin; knowledge of REST Assured, Bruno, or similar tools will be an asset. Basic knowledge of microservices architecture. Very good analytical and conceptual skills. Practical experience in using AI / GenAI at work, e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools. Ability to recognize opportunities to use AI to increase work efficiency and quality, and openness to new technologies. Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
