Talent Acquisition Partner - German & English
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support the recruitment team in executing recruitment processes in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The project involves recruiting specialists and experts in the fields of IT, technology, professional services, and consulting.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage recruitment processes, reach out to passive candidates, and effectively collaborate with hiring managers in a dynamic international environment.
Engagement terms:
Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually):100 - 130 PLN net / h*
Engagement type: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea)
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension
Daily tasks
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the fields of IT, technology, professional services, or consulting.
- Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes and act effectively under time pressure.
- Experience in active sourcing, direct search, and assessing candidate competencies.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, including at senior and management levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
- Good knowledge of the candidate market in the DACH region.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
