Software Engineer (Full Stack / Microfrontends / Java / Kotlin)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our development team. Area: Consulting IT Location: 100% remote Travel: none Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month availability to start) Rate (determined individually): 145 - 155 PLN net + VAT / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term (12msc+)

Daily tasks

• Designing and developing microfrontend architecture (React, TypeScript) and backend services (Java / Spring Boot, Kotlin).
• Creating and integrating interfaces based on REST API and streaming (Kafka).
• Participating in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and co-creating DevOps / CI/CD processes (ArgoCD, OpenShift, containerization).
• Ensuring high code quality by writing unit and automated tests (Playwright, Cucumber, Gauge).
• Collaborating in an Agile team and actively implementing innovations and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

Requirements

Experience: Several years of practice as a Full Stack Engineer (React, TypeScript + Java/Spring Boot or Kotlin). Infrastructure & CI/CD: Very good knowledge of containerization and CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, OpenShift, Docker/K8s). Integration & Testing: Experience with REST, Kafka, and test automation (Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin). Architecture: Ability to design scalable Enterprise-class systems and develop online portals. Work methodologies: Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and a problem-solving oriented approach. Innovation: Openness to new technologies and the use of AI tools in daily work. Foreign languages: Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
