For our international client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with experience in the HRSD area, who will join the next stage of a large transformation program. The person in this position will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with technical and business teams, and translating process requirements into scalable technological solutions.

Engagement terms:

Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 175 - 210 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term

Daily tasks

  • designing ServiceNow architecture and solutions, with a particular focus on the HRSD area,
  • analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions,
  • participating in workshops with the client and collaborating with stakeholders,
  • designing and developing integrations using REST API and IntegrationHub,
  • developing HR processes, workflows, catalogs, and functionalities in ServiceNow,
  • working with ServiceNow portals and solutions supporting user experience,
  • ensuring data security, e.g., through appropriate use of ACL,
  • creating technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and solution concepts,
  • supporting development teams and making technical decisions,
  • participating in the design and implementation of solutions according to the Agile methodology.

Requirements

minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, experience in the role of ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect, practical knowledge of HRSD / HRSDM, very good knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform, experience with REST API, IntegrationHub, and system integrations, knowledge of areas such as workflows, catalog items, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACL, experience in designing solutions and collaborating directly with the client, ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into IT solutions, knowledge of the English language at a level allowing for free collaboration in an international environment.

Must have: ServiceNow
