Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

About the company

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack specialist to join an international project being implemented in a large corporate environment. If you enjoy tackling complex problems, seeking optimal solutions, and having a real impact on the development of IT systems, this role may be for you.

Your tasks

• Identifying, analyzing, and solving complex technical and business problems.
• Proactively detecting risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and areas requiring improvement.
• Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate task completion.
• Providing expert technical support in the Java Full Stack area.
• Participating in architectural discussions, integration initiatives, and system modernization.
• Promoting best practices in software development, DevOps, and system maintenance.
• Utilizing AI-based tools and solutions at various stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in developing web applications in Java and frontend technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Java 25 and Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing and developing REST API and SOAP integrations with external providers.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience working with version control systems, GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools in the software development process.
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and effectively bring them to resolution.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple teams and managing technical dependencies.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
