Senior IT Consultant / Workstream Lead

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant / Workstream Lead! The person in this position will be responsible for leading the area related to linking contracts with elements of the IT environment – including applications, services, and infrastructure components. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT, data analysis, consulting, and stakeholder management.

Engagement terms:

Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 170 - 205 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term

Daily tasks

• leading the workstream and coordinating activities related to the analysis and mapping of contracts to IT environment elements,
• organizing and conducting workshops with representatives from IT, business, procurement, and vendor management,
• developing and supervising a consistent way of implementing the mapping process,
• analyzing and verifying the links between contracts, IT services, applications, and infrastructure,
• identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them,
• monitoring work progress, risks, dependencies, and potential problems,
• preparing reports and status updates for project managers,
• ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation,

Requirements

We are looking for someone who: has experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or leading complex IT projects, has experience in independently leading a workstream, project area, or task force, understands the functioning of IT environments and the dependencies between applications, services, and infrastructure, can analyze large amounts of information and draw concrete conclusions from them, comfortably conducts meetings and workshops with various stakeholder groups, can communicate effectively with both technical and business teams, has experience working with data, documentation, and quality control, can identify risks, dependencies, and problems and drive them to resolution, is independent, well-organized, and able to coordinate the work of others, has a very good command of English, both spoken and written.
