Senior Business Analyst - Data & Process Transformation
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Data & Process Transformation! This is a role for someone who feels comfortable at the intersection of business, processes, data, and technology - able to translate stakeholder needs into concrete requirements, analyze processes and data flows, and collaborate with technical teams. If you have experience in BPMN, Data Migration, Workflow Systems, API, and Requirements Engineering, this role may be particularly interesting for you.
Engagement terms:
Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP Rate (determined individually): 160 - 185 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term
Daily tasks
- gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements,
- conducting workshops with stakeholders and agreeing on requirements,
- analyzing and modeling business processes and workflow,
- collaborating with development and technical teams in designing solutions,
- analyzing data sources and preparing data mappings,
- participating in Data Discovery and Data Migration projects,
- defining rules and requirements regarding data migration,
- ensuring traceability of requirements at subsequent stages of the project,
- analyzing and documenting requirements regarding system integrations and API,
- creating User Stories, managing the backlog, and supporting Sprint Planning,
- participating in UAT and solution prototyping,
- modeling processes using BPMN, including workflow, approval processes, and case management,
- collaborating with many stakeholder groups in an international environment.
Requirements
minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects, experience in large transformation projects, experience in projects implemented for public administration, military/defense, or international organizations, very good skills in working with requirements - requirements elicitation & analysis, experience working with many stakeholders and conducting workshops, experience collaborating with development and technical teams, practical knowledge of BPMN, workflow systems, approval processes, and case management, experience in Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Discovery, and data migration projects, knowledge of requirements traceability, experience in analyzing and documenting integration requirements, knowledge of REST API, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, and system integrations, knowledge of User Stories, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, and UAT, English language at a minimum C1 level
