Senior Backend Developer - Java / Kotlin / Microservices
For our client implementing an international technological project, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer!
Engagement terms:
Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 130 - 155 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Daily tasks
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and backend services
- Creating and developing solutions based on microservices architecture
- Designing and implementing API-driven solutions
- Developing applications using Java 17+ and Kotlin
- Working with Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux and Vert.x
- Implementing and developing integrations between distributed systems
- Working with solutions supporting B2B communication, including AS4
- Working with the persistence layer using Hibernate
- Participating in designing technical solutions and architectural decisions
- Ensuring the quality, performance, scalability, and security of created solutions
- Collaborating with developers, architects, and other technical teams
- Participating in code review and solving complex technical problems
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in creating and developing backend applications Very good knowledge of Java 17+ and practical experience working with Kotlin Experience in creating modern applications using Spring Boot, specifically Spring WebFlux Practical knowledge of Vert.x Very good knowledge of microservices architecture and experience in designing and developing distributed systems Experience in creating and developing API-based solutions Practical knowledge of Hibernate and issues related to the persistence layer Experience in system integration and working with solutions supporting communication between services Knowledge of AS4 and experience in B2B integrations will be an additional asset Ability to take an analytical approach to problems and independently seek solutions Experience working in Agile teams Good knowledge of English, allowing for free communication in an international environment
