Senior Backend / Data Developer - MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Virtuoso / OpenSearch

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Backend / Data Developer with experience working with databases and backend solutions based on various data storage and search technologies.

Engagement terms:

Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 130 - 155 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Daily tasks

• Designing and developing backend solutions working with various data sources
• Working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Development and maintenance of solutions based on Virtuoso Triple Store
• Working with OpenSearch
• Designing data models and database structures
• Optimizing queries and application performance
• Integrating backend services with data platforms
• Collaboration with developers, architects, and technical teams

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in IT / software development Very good knowledge of MongoDB Very good knowledge of PostgreSQL Practical experience with Virtuoso Triple Store Experience with OpenSearch Good knowledge of database design and data modeling Experience in creating backend applications Knowledge of issues related to performance and scalability Experience working in an Agile environment Knowledge of the English language

Must have: Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
