Junior IT Consultant / IT Business Analyst
For our client, we are looking for a person for the position of Junior IT Consultant / IT Business Analyst, who will support a project related to the analysis and organization of contract information and its connection to IT applications, services, and infrastructure elements.
Engagement terms:
Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 55 - 75 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term
Daily tasks
- reviewing contracts and documentation to determine which services, applications, and infrastructure elements they concern,
- creating links between contracts and individual IT areas,
- organizing and combining data from various sources,
- checking the completeness and correctness of the collected information,
- working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel,
- searching for discrepancies, missing information, and unclear dependencies,
- contacting IT teams, business, procurement, and the legal department to clarify and supplement data,
- participating in project meetings, workshops, and conversations with people involved in the project,
- preparing summaries, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Requirements
What do we expect? higher education or studies in a field related to IT, computer science, business, engineering, or a similar area, approximately 1–2 years of experience in analysis, consulting, IT projects, business support, or a similar position, basic orientation in the IT environment, including applications, infrastructure, IT services, and cloud solutions, very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, in particular: pivot tables, lookup functions, such as XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, filtering and sorting data, comparing and organizing information, working with large datasets,
analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data, accuracy and attention to the quality of work performed, good organization and independence, ease of cooperation with people from different departments, very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
