We are looking for an experienced GUI/UX Designer to join an international project and be responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and functional user interfaces for advanced business applications. We are looking for a person who can translate business needs, user needs, and technical requirements into consistent design solutions, and who collaborates freely with technical teams.

Engagement conditions:

Location: Warsaw | Work: Remote with occasional presence in the office. Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a max 1-month notice period) Rate (determined individually): 130 - 155 PLN net / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea)

Daily tasks

  • Gathering and analyzing business, usability, and technical requirements.
  • Designing graphical interfaces for RIA-type applications, desktop applications, and mobile applications.
  • Preparing graphical mock-ups and interactive UI prototypes.
  • Designing and developing GUI components using HTML5 technology.
  • Analyzing application usability and ensuring positive user experiences.
  • Verifying interface compliance with current design standards and guidelines.
  • Developing GUI standards and related documentation.
  • Preparing design materials, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Close cooperation with developers to clarify interface requirements and technological constraints.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry, including at least 5 years in a similar position or in projects related to GUI/UX design. Experience in designing interfaces for desktop applications, mobile applications, or RIA systems. Very good knowledge of application graphic design principles and attention to usability and interface ergonomics. Ability to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional design solutions. Experience in creating mock-ups, prototypes, and user interface components using HTML5. Knowledge of SharePoint and tools specific to this platform. Knowledge of design tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer, or similar. Higher education (Bachelor's or Engineer). English language proficiency at C1 level and very good communication skills.
