About the position

We are looking for a specialist for one of our key business partners.

As a Project Manager in the Cybersecurity team, you will lead complex projects for clients and play a key role in coordinating and delivering IT security initiatives. You will collaborate with organizations from various industries and geographical regions, implementing modern technological solutions. Your tasks will also include team development, building competencies, and supporting business activities. The Cybersecurity Practice at our Client operates as a Center of Excellence, supporting consulting departments in planning, acquiring, and executing large-scale technological projects.

Engagement terms: Area: Consulting IT Location: 100% remote Travel: none Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with max 1 month availability to start) Rate (determined individually): 145 - 160 PLN net + VAT / h Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term (12msc+)

Daily tasks

  • Leading cybersecurity projects and programs with attention to quality, timeliness, and budget.
  • Defining and overseeing project scope, schedules, milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Managing project execution within a global matrix structure (collaboration with international teams and stakeholders).
  • Ensuring efficient communication between the company and clients, including reporting work status, risks, finances, and decision management.
  • Building long-term business relationships within the project / company and with external clients.

Requirements

Requirements: Min. 4 years of experience in managing complex IT / Cybersecurity projects in an international environment. Knowledge in the field of Cybersecurity (especially: IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Zero Trust or Vulnerability Management). English min. C1 (fluent work in an international team). Excellent stakeholder management – efficient communication with management and business. Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment. Working with AI tools to support efficiency.

Nice to have: PM certificates (PMP, PRINCE2) or Cyber (CISSP, CISM, CISA). Knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID) / consulting experience. Additional European language (DE, FR, ES).
