QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Description & Requirements:
Due to business expansion, we are now seeking experienced and responsible M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) engineers to join our team and grow with the company.
Occupation: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Full Time) Working Days: 5.5 days per week Annual Leaves: 14 days Monthly Salary Range: (SGD) 8,000 - 10,000 Work Location: TUAS (company-provided shuttle bus service available) / Multiple work locations across Singapore, depending on project location.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS).
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (company provides standard templates).
- Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with the auditor monthly.
- Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist the company's purchasing staff in familiarizing themselves with the local materials market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QS work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Singapore construction industry
- Familiar with local project quotation, contract management, and progress payment processes
- Diligent and responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to independently handle relevant business and on-site measurement work.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
