Senior Motor Insurance Operations : BTS Chongnonsri Bangkok

• Lead and manage the overall motor insurance operation, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and business performance across the organization.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with insurance partners, brokers, and agents to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Drive process improvements and enhance coordination between Sales and Operations for insurance-related services.
• Develop and improve systems and processes to strengthen operational controls, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Maintain, review, and update insurance pricing and related information within the system.
• Negotiate rebates, discounts, and special pricing arrangements for both regular and high-volume transactions.
• Oversee new car insurance issuance, monitor policy renewals, and ensure timely and accurate policy delivery to customers.
• Optimize insurance revenue while effectively monitoring and managing loss ratios to support overall business profitability.
• Conduct competitive tender reviews at least every two years to evaluate pricing, service quality, and potential new business solutions.

Working Conditions :

• Mon-Fri (On-site 100%)
• 8.30 – 17.00 hrs. or 09.30-18.00
• Rest period 1 hour between 11.00 – 14.00 hrs.

Qualifications: Open to all genders, Age 30–45 years old Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 2–7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with experience in motor insurance, automotive, or financial services. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting principles, claims processes, and relevant regulatory requirements. Proven experience in managing relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and key business partners. Experience in insurance pricing management, contract negotiation, and competitive tender processes. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement effective operational controls. Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen, with the ability to monitor profitability and loss ratios. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with a proven track record of driving initiatives and continuous improvement. Must hold a valid driving license and be able to drive a motor vehicle for business and operational purposes.
