Sales Support Specialist : Working at Soi Sukhumvit 3 (Nana Nuea) Bangkok

• Manage and follow up on Sales Leads from all channels (Website, Facebook, Cold Call, etc.)
• Record, update, and verify customer information in the system, and pass Leads to the Sales team
• Coordinate with the Sales team to plan customer follow-ups, appointments, and post-visit follow-ups
• Organize meetings, summarize Lead status, and track work progress (Next Actions)
• Prepare reports, slides, and information regarding the market, competitors, and sales development approaches
• Analyze customer data to find opportunities for Upselling / Cross-selling
• Update product information, prices, promotions, discounts, and sales conditions for the team and Partners
• Collect Feedback from customers and the team to develop sales strategies
• Analyze and drive Highlight Products to suit the market
• Support collaboration between the Sales team and relevant departments
• Occasionally accompany Sales to meet customers to present technical product information

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08.30 - 18.00

Qualifications: No gender restriction, age not exceeding 35 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or other related fields Have a basic understanding of Marketing, Sales, or Business Development Have coordination, follow-up, and systematic Lead data management skills Able to communicate and work well with internal teams and external Partners Have attention to detail in data recording, data analysis, and work summarization Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets Have a positive attitude, dare to propose opinions, and are ready to learn about new products, technology, and market overviews If you have at least 1 year of experience in Market Development, Sales Support, Business Development, CRM, or Lead management (will be specially considered) Able to communicate in English with good communication and coordination skills for international contexts Convenient to travel for off-site work (Bangkok/Provinces) occasionally
