Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supervise both front-of-house and kitchen teams. Ensure an excellent customer experience and promptly resolve customer concerns. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training alongside HR. Monitor restaurant performance and suggest operational improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND qualification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
