Your tasks

The Head of Development Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, Nigeria . The role will be responsible for managing the portfolio/project plans, milestones, governance cadence, issue escalation and reporting discipline, coordinate project managers and functional input and support site team mobilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in real-estate development, construction management, architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying or urban planning.
• Strong Abuja/FCT development approval exposure
• Project-delivery literacy
• Commercial and cost Management expertise
• Construction Leadership experience.
• PMP, NIA, COREN, NIQS/RICS or similar is an advantage.
