Your tasks
Role Description The Finance Manager role at 1010 Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja, Nigeria. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate development and investment projects. Daily responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, and ensuring accurate project cost tracking and performance analysis. The role involves monitoring financial controls, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Manager will support investment decisions by conducting financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments, and will collaborate closely with development, operations, and senior leadership to optimize returns and maintain strong financial discipline.
Requirements
- BSc Accounting/Finance; ACA/ACCA preferred
- 8–10+ yrs finance
- Real estate/construction/project accounting strongly preferred
- Excel/ERP competence.
