What You’ll Do 工作内容 👀

• ✨ Lead, motivate & manage the outlet team 带领、激励及管理团队成员
• ✨ Drive sales performance & achieve outlet KPIs 达成分店销售业绩与 KPI 目标
• ✨ Oversee daily outlet operations 负责分店日常运作管理
• ✨ Coach, mentor & develop team members 培训、指导及提升团队表现
• ✨ Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards 提升顾客体验与服务水平 💖

• 💼 Experienced in sales & leading a team 具备销售及团队管理经验
• 💬 Strong communication & interpersonal skills 拥有良好的沟通与人际关系能力
• 🔥 Results-driven, motivated & responsible 积极主动、目标感强、有责任心
• 🌟 Positive leader & team player 具领导能力并富有团队精神
• 🗣️ Able to communicate in English & Chinese preferred 能以中英文沟通者优先
