As Product Data Coordinator (PIM), you ensure that all product information is available correctly, completely, and up-to-date. You manage new items in the PIM system, monitor the quality of the product data, and ensure that information is correctly forwarded to other systems. Additionally, you work closely with colleagues from marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to further optimize processes.
Your role:
- creating and managing new items in the PIM system according to the agreed structure
- supplementing and checking product information and mandatory data
- monitoring the synchronization between PIM, ERP, and other linked systems
- managing and linking product photos and commercial images
- formatting and internally distributing commercial product sheets
- monitoring the quality, completeness, and consistency of the product data
- following up with colleagues to ensure necessary product information is provided in a timely manner
- documenting and maintaining procedures and workflows
- managing product validity and exclusivity in collaboration with sales
- analyzing product data and contributing ideas for optimizations within the PIM environment
- acting as the internal point of contact for questions regarding the PIM system
- contributing to the further digital development of product data and the connection with future sales channels
- you work accurately and have an eye for detail
- you have experience with or interest in PIM systems, ERP, or other data-driven applications
- you work fluently with Excel and other Office applications
- you have a good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus
- you know how to engage colleagues and enjoy working across different departments
- you think proactively and take initiative
- affinity with production, retail, or FMCG is a plus
- knowledge of data modeling is a bonus
