Purchasing and Import Assistant - Retail

At 1+UNO, a Peruvian company in the retail sector, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Purchasing and Import Assistant, to help us achieve the objectives set by the organization.

FUNCTIONS:

• Manage and follow up on domestic purchases and imports.
• Perform quotations and negotiations with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and international transport operators.
• Manage and verify the documentation necessary for import processes.
• Follow up on the dispatch and receipt process of merchandise.
• Analyze product rotation and replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse regarding space availability and merchandise receipt.
• Perform coding and updating of products and prices in the system.
• Prepare reports and purchasing analyses.
• Support as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related careers.
• Minimum of 01 year of experience in import processes, purchasing, logistics, or procurement.
• Previous experience in the Retail sector (desirable).
• Knowledge of customs processes and import documentation.
• Experience in coordination with suppliers, customs agents, and international transport.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• ERP management (desirable).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
