Your tasks

Role Overview: As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles) DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.

What we offer

*Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)**

Other

Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week

• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business
