Site Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise daily work by installers, workers, and subcontractors
• Check installation against drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Keep daily reports, attendance, and photo documentation
• Track materials on site and raise needs early
• Make sure the team follows K3 safety rules

What you bring

• 2+ years as Site Supervisor or foreman in interior, joinery, or construction work
• Able to read working drawings and measure accurately
• Firm but fair with workers, and calm under pressure
• Willing to work on sites across Greater Jakarta and beyond when needed
