SAP User and Module Support Specialist (m/f/d) (ERP Organizer)

Behind a clean city lies much more than just powerful engines and tons on wheels: namely smart processes, sustainable logistics, and modern solution approaches. Every manual step must be precise, but flawless processes must also be ensured in the background. To support this, we are therefore looking for an SAP User and Module Support Specialist (m/f/d). The classification is based on Entgeltgruppe 11 TVöD. The position is to be filled immediately and is permanent.

These will be your tasks:

• Responsibility and support for the Business Technology Platform (BTP) as well as workflow administration (incl. system settings, conducting tests, programming activities in cooperation with external programmers, etc.)
• Supporting maintenance of the SAP modules FI, FI-AA, CO, PM, CS, MM, SD, RE-FX, PSCD
• Main contact person for SAP Basis administration at the Landeshauptstadt Hannover (LHH)
• Support for SAP end users (2nd-level support) from other specialist departments
• Assistance in the creation as well as evaluation and implementation of change requests
• Conception of training sessions and creation of the required training materials
• Implementation of SAP projects (incl. migration to SAP S/4HANA including the database migration and future SAP projects)

What you bring to the role:

• a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in the field of IT, Business Administration, or comparable
• alternatively Angestelltenlehrgang II
• many years of experience in the SAP environment incl. extensive SAP training, very good specialist knowledge in at least two of the above-mentioned SAP modules
• very high IT affinity, sound basic knowledge of business administration, and very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
• highest degree of responsibility
• very good analytical, logical, and process-oriented thinking skills
• very good communication skills as well as an independent way of working
• good English skills
