Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative for Zinzino
Who are you? You are a positive person with a well-developed sense of service who always puts the customer in focus. You are both efficient and proactive. You like working as part of a team but have no problem taking initiative on your own. Dealing with customers and retailers who speak Finnish or any of the other languages as well as English is no problem for you. Zinzino is one of the fastest-growing direct sales companies in Northern Europe, with sales throughout the Nordics, Baltics, Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, the EU, and the USA. We market and sell espresso machines, coffee, tea, and accessories, as well as a product line within functional food, Zinzino Food. We offer you qualitative products where health, environment, and a sense of everyday luxury are central. Since 2005, Zinzino has been the general agent for the French-Belgian coffee house Rombouts, and since 2014, Zinzino has owned the Norwegian knowledge company BioActive Foods AS and the research and production unit Faun Pharma AS.
Zinzino stands for personal, familiar contacts between sellers and customers. Our products are not found in stores and are not marketed via TV advertising or newspapers. Instead, it is a sales network of thousands of independent partners who, via direct sales, contact their customers and offer the products in Zinzino's assortment.

Zinzino is growing and we need to expand the Finnish support. Therefore, we are looking for you who enjoy working with service and support and who always puts the customer at the center! Together with your colleagues in the support department, you provide our customers and retailers with a positive and rewarding contact with us.
Tasks Telephone and email support to the company's Finnish customers and, if necessary, also support the other Nordic countries. Administrative tasks such as database management and invoicing matters Registration, deviation management, and follow-up work Handling of complaint cases
Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 to 17:00
