What to expect from us

• Management of a branch with a focus on warehouse logistics as well as national and international land transport
• Overall responsibility for the operation of the branch

• Acquisition of new customers and business partners domestically and abroad, as well as existing customer care
• Budget responsibility and cost control for the location

• Leadership responsibility for all employees of the branch
• Optimization of internal processes and strategic further development of services

• Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations
• Regular reporting to the management

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in the international freight forwarding and logistics sector
• Competent appearance as well as an authentic and appreciative leadership style

• Ability to motivate employees and lead in a goal-oriented manner
• Sound market knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and intercultural competence
• High degree of initiative and coordination skills

• Business fluent English; other foreign languages are an advantage
