IT Specialist (F/M)

Scope of duties:

Configuration of workstations, installing system and tool software on user computers. Analysis and resolution of current user problems, receiving, registering, and handling technical tickets. Diagnostics and minor repair of office equipment (laptops, PC computers, printers). Maintaining the functioning of the IT system, inventory of IT equipment. Logistical support regarding relocation and installation of computer equipment and peripheral devices. Resolving technical problems with application software for users. Support for system users. Installation of additional software. User training in the field of IT systems. Supervising the telecommunications security policy.

Requirements:

• education: secondary vocational - necessary
• skills: proficient computer use including internet - necessary; Programming and configuration of cameras and recorders - necessary; Creating websites - necessary
• foreign languages: English - speaking: C1 - advanced, writing: C1 - advanced - necessary
• other: Skills: installation and configuration of software, diagnosing hardware and software problems.
