Legal Counsel / In-house Lawyer (m/f/d) (Business Lawyer)

Working hours: Part-time (25-30 hours/week); fixed-term for 18 months

WHAT AWAITS YOU

Together with a dedicated three-person team, you will be the central point of contact for all legal issues within the company. You will provide practical advice to specialist departments, design legally secure solutions, and contribute to identifying and minimizing legal risks at an early stage.

WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

• As a contact person for legal issues, you will advise our specialist departments and business units competently and in a solution-oriented manner
• You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts in German and English, with a focus on business law
• The creation and continuous adaptation of internal guidelines as well as contract templates is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will process damage cases independently, enforce legitimate claims, and defend against unjustified demands
• You will reliably ensure the implementation of and compliance with data protection requirements
• With your expertise, you will train colleagues on relevant legal topics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) and have successfully completed at least two satisfactory State Examinations
• Ideally, you have already gained relevant professional experience in a business law firm or an internationally active industrial company, preferably in the Commercial area
• You possess a good understanding of economic contexts as well as an interest in technical matters
• Determination, initiative, assertiveness, and teamwork are among your strengths
• You develop practical and solution-oriented decision recommendations under careful consideration of entrepreneurial risks
• Business-fluent English skills (C1) in speaking and writing round off your profile
