Your tasks:
- Preparation of spare part orders for packaging
- Archiving of material images
- Creation of the packing lists and invoices required for the order using SAP 4/Hana
- Execution of Intrastat reports
- Creation of electronic export declarations (Atlas-Ausfuhr) via SAP GTS
- Monitoring and checking incoming transport and export confirmation documents
- Legalization of shipping documents at IHK, embassies / consulates
- Placing orders as well as monitoring the receipt of export proofs and
- Design, optimization, and documentation of existing shipping, customs, and export processes
- Supporting export control within the company
- Creating preference documents and calculations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as Speditions- und Logistikkaufmann (m/f/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d), Bürokaufmann (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
- You bring several years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering
- You possess experience in export control and the associated processes
- User knowledge in MS-Office and SAP 4/Hana + SAP GTS would be desirable
- Proficient English skills
- Organizational as well as team and communication skills
- Problem-solving competence and sense of responsibility
