Tasks

• Cooperation with a dynamic, cross-functional team to ensure a market-oriented project start under optimal economic conditions
• Promotion of early cooperation with suppliers to actively integrate their expertise and innovative strength into joint development
• Use of defined purchasing guidelines to select suppliers, with special consideration of economic efficiency, innovation potential, degree of standardization, and supply chain flexibility
• Development of purchasing strategies for all component categories in close cooperation with global and regional commodity group managers&nbsp;
• Management of supplier relationships to ensure a stable, high-performance, and continuous supply
• Continuous evaluation of supplier performance as well as negotiation of framework conditions for project starts, concluding contractual agreements if required&nbsp;
• Ensuring correct and high-quality purchasing data for seamless further processing by the operational plant purchasing

Profile

• Many years of practical experience in strategic purchasing within international and industrial corporate structures&nbsp;
• Sound experience in project-related purchasing within production - a central requirement&nbsp;
• Competence in the development and implementation of procurement strategies&nbsp;
• Proven leadership experience in the strategic development and management of supplier relationships - essential
• Deep technical understanding of mechanical components, especially in the areas of sheet metal processing, manufacturing technologies, injection molding processes, and assembly units&nbsp;
• Proven strength in proactive, team-oriented cooperation across departmental and national borders - in an agile corporate environment&nbsp;
• Efficient management of parallel tasks with simultaneous prioritization and goal orientation
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness when dealing with all organizational levels
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution- and result-oriented approach when implementing measures
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing&nbsp;

Remuneration

As a Project Buyer (m/f/d), you can expect:

• Starting from 27.27 to 30.16 Euro/hr gross - depending on qualification (GVP)
• plus supplements and tax-free allowances
