HEAD OF THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SPACE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Job description:

• organizes, manages, and coordinates the work of the Department
• participates in the preparation of the basis for business plans of Zagrebački velesajam
• accepts requests for the arrangement of exhibition and other spaces from the Service for Fairs and Events, and puts them into operation
• accepts requests for space maintenance and organizes their implementation
• monitors costs by activities and type of cost
• ensures the implementation of occupational safety measures and fire protection measures during the execution of works
• participates in the preparation of work cost estimates
• prepares the basis for procurement plans and services by activities
• controls the stock of materials and equipment in the technical warehouse
• monitors new technologies and their application
• monitors legal regulations and professional literature in the field of the Department's work
• performs other tasks in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the systematization of jobs

Additional required knowledge, skills:

knowledge of one world language, computer skills, professional exam in the technical profession.

• certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate, not older than 30 days from the day of the announcement of the competition

Persons of both genders may apply to the competition. Documents are attached as uncertified copies, and the original documents will be presented before the selection of candidates. During the competition, Zagrebački Velesajam d.o.o. will process the personal data of candidates provided in the application, in accordance with the standards of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
