Sales Logistics Coordinator - Rotating shifts

As a Sales Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the flow of products from the plant to the customer, ensuring punctual deliveries in the correct quantities, as well as monitoring customer satisfaction indicators. Determine the monthly Sales report by maintaining specific control and sales analysis. You will manage orders, inventory levels, and shipment scheduling, in close collaboration with the sales, production, and warehouse teams. Propose strategies to Management to increase profits and lower final product costs. You will analyze sales and logistics data to optimize routes, delivery times, and costs, proposing process improvements. You will also follow up on customer incidents, coordinate rapid solutions, and keep information updated in internal systems. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Guadalupe, Zacatecas.

Requisitos

• Communication and customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and offer a high level of service to the client portfolio.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales and logistics data, prepare reports, and support operational decision-making.
• Experience in sales operations and sales processes, including order management, delivery tracking, and support for the commercial team.
• Industrial Engineering and/or related field.
• Ability to work in a team, organize tasks under pressure, result orientation, and willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Advanced professional English C1.
