Overseas Purchasing (Chinese Language)

1. Procure materials and machinery domestically and internationally, including conducting price inquiries, price comparisons, price negotiations, and payment terms including deductions.
2. Import and export, manage and plan air and sea freight, container loading, and determine and track delivery schedules.
3. Prepare contracts for contractors as well as prepare contracts for the owner.
4. Prepare procurement documentation.
5. Coordinate with the site and contractors.
6. Verify and coordinate regarding contract documents and other documents with the owner.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male or Female Age 30 years or above Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese Language 3 or more years of experience in overseas purchasing Fluent in speaking, reading, listening, and writing Chinese (primarily) and English Good interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to be based at the factory in Chonburi province will be specially considered HSK5 or above
