As a technical information engineer, you get to participate in the entire process surrounding a certain technology, which includes getting to experience new and exciting technology at an early stage. As an information engineer, you are challenged to describe complex technical products, and here your sense for language style and information flow plays a major role. As a consultant at Sigma Technology, few days are alike and the tasks include a wide variety of sub-tasks. An important part of the work is being able to understand, review, illustrate, write, and analyze the work in front of you. Here, the user perspective is the starting point and your communication skills are a significant part; you are responsible for gathering all necessary information while simultaneously ensuring that the various involved partners work in synchronization.
