Würth France - Sales Assistant Strategic Mobility Activities / ORSYmobil - M/F

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

YOUR ROLE:

As part of a replacement, the Customer Systems and Solutions (SSC's) department of Würth France is looking for its new sales assistant for the ASM / OM- Strategic Mobility Activities / ORSYmobil commercial activities. These two activities, true commercial levers for the company, are growing and require reinforcement of the ASM/OM support pole, currently composed of 6 employees. In a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction, efficiency, rigor, and creativity are pillars of this support service, you will work in close collaboration with the Sales Managers and the sales teams attached to them. You will interact with various departments: Credit Management, Financing, Customer Relations Service, Technical Services, etc.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Verification and entry of specific orders and quotes.
• Validation of invoices.
• Follow-up of cancellations.
• Follow-up of deliveries.
• Management of customer complaints and collections.
• Reception and processing of telephone and email requests.
• Filling out tracking and reporting files.
• Supporting the Sales Force on internal processes, tools, and applications made available to them.
• Various transverse backoffice missions.

YOUR PROFILE

• With a Bac/Bac+2 degree, or equivalent, in commercial management/sales assistance, you master IT tools (Microsoft 365) as well as SAP.
• Elementary level of English or German required (ability to communicate via email).
• As the first line of contact between all these stakeholders, and true support for our specialized sales representatives and our customers, you are dynamic, versatile, solution-oriented, possess very good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage priorities within a team where a sense of collective effort is essential.
