Data Steward & PIM Coordinator

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and further development of our article master data for all product areas in close coordination with internal interfaces;
  • You ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product master data in compliance with regulatory requirements in all relevant markets across all systems;
  • You undertake the definition, implementation, and enforcement of global standards, guidelines, and procedures in the field of Data Governance in coordination with IT, Product Management, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders;
  • You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing data quality, resolving problems, and coordinating corrective measures with local and regional interfaces, and support the definition of KPIs to measure data quality, during the introduction of new products, during product changes, and throughout the product lifecycle from a data perspective;
  • You are the central contact person for product-related data inquiries and for supporting the business and functional areas;
  • You participate in cross-departmental projects for digitalization and data harmonization, and create relevant statistics, evaluations, reports, and dashboards;
  • You support sales by preparing article master data overviews, preparing and sending master data and price lists, and maintaining data in customer portals.

What you should bring

  • You have at least a three-year completed, subject-related vocational training in the IT or commercial field, such as IT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis, IT Specialist for Application Technology, Industrial Clerk with an additional qualification in the field of data analysis, or a comparable qualification;
  • You can demonstrate sound knowledge of Data Governance guidelines, data analysis, and the documentation of product master data in global systems (e.g., ERP, PIM, CRM);
  • You excel with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially regarding Excel;
  • Additionally, you have initial experience in using ERP systems, in our case SAP;
  • An independent and result-oriented way of working is part of your everyday life;
  • Professional English language skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
